How do I book?

Parties and events can be booked using our “Book Your Event” page of our website.

How much does it cost?

All parties require a £60 non-refundable deposit to secure your required date and time, which covers travel and set up. This is deducted from your final total.

For adult parties between 4-12 people, it is £28pp (introductory offer until 31/12/25).

For children’s parties between 6-12 children, it is £25pp (introductory offer until 31/12/25).

For parties smaller than the minimum requirement, larger than 12 or corporate events, please get in touch.

How do I pay?

The deposit will be taken when booking. A secure link to pay the remaining balance will then be sent to your email and this must be paid 24h before your party starts. Unfortunately, if the final balance remains unpaid after this time, we will not be able to go ahead with your party and you will lose your £60 deposit.

How long do I have to paint?

Adult parties will have up to 2hrs paint time.

Children’s parties will have up to 1.5hrs paint time.

Around 30 mins either side of your selected time is required for set up and down by a member of our team.

What is included on the day of my party?

The price includes a range of pottery to choose from on the day. We also have a few premium pieces included for an extra £5-10 (paid on the day).

Our team will arrive around 30 mins before your chosen time to set up the pottery painting area. We bring the pottery and all materials you will need to paint your pots. We will cover your chosen table so protect from any paint spills and a member of our team will give your guests a detailed explanation, as well as any tips and tricks we have, to ensure you are all able to create a pot you love!

When your painting time is over, our team will tidy your painting table and take your pots with us to be glazed and fired.

What happens to my pot when I have finished painting?

After your party, a member of our team will take your pot to be glazed and fired. This makes the colours you have used really come alive, ensures your design lasts and makes items food safe.

Up to 2 weeks later, your pot will then be delivered back to your party location for you to collect at your convenience.

Can we eat and drink during the party?

Yes! Eat and drink as much as you like during your session! Please note, we do not provide food or drink for your party.

Do you bring tables and chairs to set up?

No. Please ensure there is an area large enough for your entire party to paint at. We will bring table covers to protect your table from spills and in the event of paint spillage, all paint provided can be washed away easily with water (for those of you with clumsy friends!)

Do you offer student/NHS discount?

At the moment, we do not offer student or NHS discount.
